"Top yoga asanas"

Assans means original a sitting position.this was firstly originated from India.
In the Yoga Sutras, the only Patanjali suggest for practing asans is that it be "steady and comfortable".  The body is held poised with the practitioner exercising no discomfort. When control of body is measured, practitioner are believed to free themselves from the duality of cold/heat, joy/grief, Which is the first step toward the unattachment that relieves suffering.
