1. Open the settings application of your phone
2. Tap general settings
3. Tap backup & reset
4. Tap factory data reset
5. Next, you can choose if you want to remove download apps and contents in external Sd card
6. Once you are ready, Reset phone

1. Power off your Mi phone

2. Press & hold volume down+ power button equally

3. After showing window release all buttons

• 4. Using volume down point to recovery mode & use volume up to select

5. Once you see the Android lying down  ward red box, press power button to get the Android system recovery menu
6. Using volume Down button to highlight factory reset & press volume up button to select
7. Scroll Yes- delete all user data, then press volume up button to select
8. After swiping out of data, you will go back to andAndr system recovery main menu. Select Reboot system now.
